I’ve searched the forums and FAQs and can’t find an answer to this problem. I set up Plex Media Server on a Synology DS214se, created a shared Media folder in Control Panel, and created the recommended subfolders within the Media folder using FileStation. I copied two .m4v movie files into the Movies subfolder, and they were not seen by the Plex Library.
