Using Outlook and a sky email address I am receiving all emails but unable to send them Server or email address not found. It has been going for 8 days. Haven’t been able to access my emails

The header remains in view on screen with the Connecting tab on show, but the screen underneath is blank - white. I too am unable to access my Verizon Yahoo emails. I am still unable to access my emails from 2 of my devices, 1 of my phones (both are Android one works ok the other tells me my password is wrong!) and my laptop (using Outlook) still won;t connect just tells me I have a problem connecting. Anyone else still experiencing problems?

You can search archived emails using the search bar at the top of the email list pane. Use the drop-down menu next to the search bar to select "Archive Folder". Access archived emails whose folders are not in the Navigation Pane. If you have not opened the archived .pst file in Microsoft Outlook, you need to open the archive folder before accessing archived emails. Step 1: Click the File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File in Outlook 2013 and the newer version. What I am observing is I am unable to access the emails which are older than 30 days. i tried to find option of auto purge but could not find in my log in. I tried to reach out to support team for 3 - 4 times but none of the tele caller could help. if possible pls share screen shot of the option where that option is available.
