Jul 22, 2010 · I bought today WHR-G300N V2 and I upgraded its firmware to 1.82 And it is giving hard time for me. I am able with WDS to get connected to my LAN and router. I have ADS-Firewall-LAN-WLAN(Asus)-WLAN(Buffalo WHR)-LAN kind of topology and Both LANs and WLAN are in same network. However I can't ping from LAN to machines behind WHR. Also DHCP is lost.

Their version of the firmware has some advanced features not available in the public community version of dd-wrt. The Buffalo dd-wrt firmware image is also encrypted, so you can’t directly flash it to the WHR if you’ve already flashed your Buffalo router with the community version of dd-wrt or OpenWRT.
